Service Description
As a pet owner and guardian of a husky mix and a old cat, it's always stressful for me to trust someone when I need to go on vacation without my furry babies. Knowing the struggle, it's really important to do my best to assure the safety and well being of your pet, either it's a dog, rabbit, rodent or more exotic animal. Terms of Service Effective August 14th, 2023 Services: Wagging tail on a trail (WaTT) is a fully insured and bonded Limited Liability Company that provides dog walking, hiking and pet sitting services. WaTT agrees to provide dog walking, hiking and pet sitting in a reliable, caring and trustworthy manner. In consideration of the service and as an express condition thereof, the client expressly waives and releases WaTT from any and all claims against the company, its owners, employees and representatives, except those arising from negligence or willful misconduct on the part of WaTT. Client agrees to notify WaTT of any concerns within 24 hours of completion of services. WaTT reserves the right to refuse service to any client, at any time, for any reason. In the case of an emergency, inclement weather or a natural disaster, the client authorize WaTT to to use reasonable judgment for the care and well being of the client’s pet(s) and residence. WaTT will make reasonable efforts to maintain service during these conditions but reserves the right to adjust the schedule of service based on the sole discretion of the pet carer. Client is responsible for supplying the necessary equipment and supplies needed for the care of their pet(s). If a needed equipment or supplies is missing, WaTT will make every attempt to contact the owner. If no contact can be made, the client authorize any purchase of necessary for the satisfactory performance of duties. Costs of all purchases and related service fees will be reimbursed to WaTT within 14 days. Client authorizes WaTT to use and share their pet(s) picture for commercial purposes only. Pet Health : WaTT shall exercise all precautions against sickness, injury, escape, loss accidents or death of client’s pet(s). WaTT is not responsible for sickness, injury, escape, loss accidents or death of client’s pet(s) unless caused through negligence or willful misconduct on the part of WaTT. Client represents and warrants that pet(s) are currently vaccinated in accordance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations. In the event of an emergency, WaTT will make every attempt to contact the owner and the emergency contact. If none of the contacts can be reached, WaTT will seek appropriate medical care for your pet(s). WaTT will make every attempt to take your pet(s) to the Veterinarian listed on the client profile, however, if your Veterinarian is not available or too far and put your pet(s) life at risk, WaTT will bring y
